setting up online accounts

If you are a new resident who just signed a lease with us, you should have received an email with an invitation to set up your account. You may also go to the Tenant Portal, register your account using the email that you used during the application process. Use the "Forget Password" link to reset your password.

 Log into the Tenant Portal. Under My Payments, you are able to:

• Make a One-Time Payment: Make a single payment using E-Check.
• Schedule Recurring Payment: Set up recurring automatic payments from one of your established payment accounts.
• Setup Payment Accounts: Opens the Payment Accounts page or, if you have not set up any payment accounts, the New Payment Account page.
• View Scheduled Payments: View payments that are already scheduled.
